9.1 You agree that you will not use the Site:

10.1 You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as requested by BBS in the registration form ("Register now”). You agree to keep the password for your access to BBS Events confidential and agree not to permit anyone else to have access to it. Furthermore you agree to be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password.

11. Removal of material and cancellation of access to the Site

11.1 BBS shall have the right to cancel your registration and/or refuse you access to the Site at any time and for any reason without giving you any advance notice and BBS shall not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever (other than losses or damages for death or physical injury arising out of the negligence of BBS or its employees) arising from your inability to access any of the pages on the Site.

11.2 BBS shall have the right at any time and for any reason to remove from the pages on the Site any material posted, uploaded, emailed or otherwise transmitted by you without giving you any advance notice and BBS shall not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever (other than losses or damages for death or physical injury arising out of the negligence of BBS or its employees) arising from the removal of such material.

13. Cancellation/Substitution: Provided the total fee has been paid, substitutions at no extra charge up to 14 days before the event are allowed. Substitutions between 14 days and the date of the event will be allowed subject to an administration fee of equal to 10% of the total fee that is to be transferred. Note: While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised package, BBS reserves the right to change event dates, sites or location or omit event features, or merge the event with another event, as it deems necessary without penalty and in such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.

In the event that BBS permanently cancels the event for any reason whatsoever, (including, but not limited to any force majeure occurrence) and provided that the event is not postponed to a later date nor is merged with another event, the Client shall receive a credit note for the amount that the Client has paid to such permanently cancelled event, valid for up to one year to be used at another BBS event. No refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made.
