This internship highlights modern oil & gas operations with an examination of applied innovations for clean energy based on the example of advanced companies in the UAE and Qatar, the latest developments and competitive advantagesof the technologies, materials and equipmentapplied. As part of the programme, delegates will visit factories and production sitesof leading UAE and Qatar companies such as:
- Baker Hughes – production sites of the equipment repair and maintenance and the company’s centre of excellence in Dubai, UAE
- ENSERV (innovations for clean energy) – visit to the centre in Dubai, UAE
- NATIONAL OILWELL VARCO – visit to the pipe base in Abu Dhabi, UAE
- ADNOC – Umm Shaif production sites, near Abu Dhabi, UAE
- DUBAI PETROLEUM – production sites Fateh Field, UAE
- QATAR PETROLEUM production sites in Qatar
As part of the internship, delegates have the opportunity to discuss the activities of oil and gas companiesas well as to seethe production of leading companiesand discuss such issues as innovative technologies for the production of hard-to-recover reserves, issues of modernisation and optimisation of technological processes for lifting oil and gas to the surface, issues of oil production intensification through optimisation of technological modes of well operation, application of digital technologies to improve the efficiency of the oil and gas industry, etc.
